The Humphreys Cloud offers a number of ‘pay as you go’ solutions, each with a free trial:

1.            Project Solution
Ideal if you’re working on a project which involves a large number of files, such as a legal case. Once your files are scanned in, you can retrieve them by index or by word search. Your options are then to:

stay online and pay a monthly charge, enabling you to add files to this project as and when needed

 or to finish using the Cloud and download your project to a CD for a one-off fee (includes the scanning and the use of the licence). This system is for static retrieval only – you will not be able to add documents or manipulate your files.

2.         Small Business Solution
Perfect if your small business needs to create and retrieve files on a regular basis. Your files can be found by index or by word search. Start with a free one-month trial, and then you can either:

• pay a monthly charge to continue the service
• or finish your free Cloud trial and download your files to a CD for a one-off fee (includes the scanning and the use of the licence). This system is for static retrieval only – you will not be able to add documents or manipulate your files.

If you want to integrate your archive with your own system, you can purchase the software and transfer your files from our Cloud to yours. You’d still benefit from all the great indexing and search features, whilst saving on the hosting costs.

3.            Enterprise Solution
For larger companies, you’re likely to benefit more from our server-based solution enabling full integration with your business software, workflow and external database links.
