Shredathon

What is a Shredathon?

A shredathon is when a shredding company opens its doors to the general public plus businesses and shreds for a donation to charity or charities. We at Humphreys Data Management have been running Shredathons for eight years now and enjoy spending one week a year meeting people who like to protect themselves from danger of identity theft and help someone else in the process.

Two local charities that will benefit  from Shredathon Week 2018 will be Watford Workshop and W3RT Community Fund. Each will share equally the total amount raised.  We would like to express our thanks to everyone who makes this possible again this year, be it help with advertising the event but especially to our staff who gave up their time free of charge on the weekend and obviously for the support of MY LOCAL NEWS Magazine for promoting this event helping to make this our best event ever with the most money raised.

W3RT Community Fund

Giving to W3RT Community Fund is a simple and effective way to make a real difference in your local community.

Our Fund gives grants to charities and community groups running all sorts of services and activities within our local community. They work at a grass-roots level providing vital services to disadvantaged or vulnerable people and families. The Fund also provides a Welfare and Distress Fund for individuals and families in crisis.

Watford Workshop
